Product

Full-time

Hybrid

We’re looking for a hands-on product owner to drive regulated SaaS features from discovery to delivery. Own roadmap, requirements, and outcomes—balancing customer needs, business goals, and compliance in a fast-scaling EMR platform.

About Us

Ritten is a fast-growing Series B B2B SaaS startup transforming Behavioral Health. Our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform is the system of record for clinicians, administrators, billers, and admin staff as they manage complex care. Backed by top-tier investors, we're scaling rapidly and looking for a Senior Product Manager to own parts of the product as we continue to grow.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll drive the development of new features, balancing customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with a fantastic team of engineers, designers, sales reps, and customer support managers to build products that delight users and scale with our growth. You will own whole suites of features from ideation to release.

We’re looking for someone with previous product experience at a VC-backed SaaS company in a regulated space (Fintech, Healthcare, Insurtech, etc.), who can deliver modern solutions and scale a growing organization.

Location

Philly, NYC, or Denver. In office ~1 day per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the product roadmap, from discovery to delivery.
  • Conduct customer research to deeply understand pain points and opportunities.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-impact features.
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Use data and analytics to inform prioritization and product decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical acumen - able to work closely with engineers on complex architecture decisions that affect user-facing features.
  • Track record of launching and iterating on successful products.
  • Experience balancing high priority customer escalations with planned roadmap items.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

  • Strong preference for several years of product management experience, preferably working on information-dense systems of record.
  • Familiarity with AI products.
