About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to build the user-facing side of our platform. You’ll own the UI for new features, improve performance and usability in a complex SaaS application, and help define patterns that make our large frontend codebase scalable and maintainable. This role is hands-on: shipping polished user interfaces, collaborating with product and design, and setting a high bar for frontend engineering within the team..

What You’ll Do 

• Build and iterate on user-facing features across our core platform.
• Work in a large-scale frontend codebase, improving structure, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with design and product to translate user needs into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Establish and refine frontend best practices, including testing, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Partner with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs.
• Write well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code that other engineers can build on.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years building modern frontend applications at scale.
• Strong experience with React (or similar frameworks), TypeScript/JavaScript, and CSS-in-JS or modern styling systems.
• Track record of shipping user-facing features in complex SaaS products.
• Strong product sense — you care about usability, design fidelity, and end-user experience.
• Experience working in a large codebase and improving frontend architecture.
• Pragmatic problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Backend or full stack experience is a plus, though this role is primarily frontend-focused.
• Experience working with or building AI-powered UIs, agents, or workflows is a bonus.

Location / Work Policy

We’re a remote-friendly hybrid company. Most of our engineering team works remotely, with an expectation of ~1–2 days per week in-office for those based near Philadelphia, Denver, or New York City.
